Balancing energy is calculated for each hour according to difference between delivered electricity and scheduled values. Balancing energy calculation unit is 0,001 MWh.
HROTE calculates balancing energy monthly, and based on that calculation, HEP-Operator prijenosnog sustava (HEP-TSO) issues to each balance responsible party (BRP) a monthly invoice.
